TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401 Pay Information $2,027 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: MS/Tele Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years required, first-time travelers accepted with some experience in surgery trauma License: Must have license in hand at submission Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Must-Have: EPIC experience Job Description: - Provide specialized care for stable trauma patients. - Pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients. - Participate in rapid response teams, blood product administration, and peripheral line care and management. - Care for a high volume of patients including those who have undergone exploratory laps, hemi-colectomies, mastectomies, lap cholecystectomies, eye surgeries, trauma, and plastic surgeries. - Handle lower volumes of other surgical procedures such as GYN surgeries (hysterectomy, myomectomy). - Manage palliative care, 24-hour observation patients, and medical overflow patients. - Complete a mandatory questionnaire prior to an offer being made. - Comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccine requirements; medical/religious exemptions are permitted. - Pass a required EKG exam, with two attempts allowed. - Float between campuses as needed.
