Duties: Meticulous in all aspects of managing the guiding department Manage, Oversee and Discipline staff in the guiding department Staff training and development Assist to manage social media content Perform all administrative duties Allocation of Rangers and Trackers to daily game drives Staff scheduling and rosters Manage daily game drives and bush walks Hosting duties Assist in guest activities Assist around the lodge in other departments if needed Photographic safaris Compile weekly and monthly reports Manage departmental budget comparisons Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 FGASA Level 2 NQF Level 4 Full Trails Guide Passionate about Wildlife Valid RSA Drivers License and PDP At least 5 years experience in a Big 5 Game Reserve / Luxury Lodge essential Firearm competency Good Leadership skills and able to manage a team of Guides Manage vehicles and guide relevant stocks Well presented Administration skills
