Job Description

Duties: Lead and manage the security team to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard the complex. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. Investigate security incidents, breaches, or complaints thoroughly and effectively. Conduct interviews with relevant parties to gather information and evidence. Compile detailed and accurate reports on security incidents, investigations, and findings. Utilize fault-finding skills to identify and address security system malfunctions or weaknesses. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and hazards. Utilize MIB techniques to gather and analyse intelligence relevant to security operations. Provide high-level VIP protection services as required, ensuring the safety and privacy of VIP guests. Demonstrate the attributes of a law enforcement professional, including integrity, vigilance, and professionalism. Execute all responsibilities with the utmost care, respect, and discretion, especially concerning hospitality staff and guests. Requirements: Grade 12 Proven experience in security management in the hospitality industry Valid security certifications Prior law enforcement or military experience Strong leadership, investigation & risk management skills Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities Able to lead and manage the security team Able to develop and implement security policies and conduct risk assessments Strong leadership, investigation, and risk management skills required.
