Additionally, the Supervisor will play a role in generating and implementing new policies/ideas for the fitness centers pertaining to programming and operations. The Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact on various evenings between the hours of 6pm – 12am and weekends when the Fitness Coordinator is unavailable. Requirements Must obtain/maintain CPR / AED certification. Must have worked as a fitness center attendant for a minimum of 1 full semester. Must be currently employed within Villanova Recreation and be in good standing. Must have knowledge of policies/procedures within all fitness centers.
