We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef at The Hoxton, Holborn in our Rondo restaurant. Holborn was the second Hox to join the fam, taking over a Grade II-listed building that was once the factory of George Kent, a famed maker of gadgets and instruments (among them a knife sharpener/cleaner now sitting in the Science Museum, no less).
