This is a very client facing role, working Monday-Friday This will suit a strong Sous Chef experienced with high-end restaurants, looking to get out of busy service, and work in a great team with an amazing work-life-balance. About the Role: Salary: £40,000 per annum £500 end-of-year bonus Predominantly Monday-Friday (Only a handful of Saturdays) Hours: 40 hours per week (varied workloadsome busy weeks, some quieter) Location: Old Street, EC1 Customer-Facing Role: Requires an engaging, friendly personality and fluent English What Were Looking For: Confident in key kitchen skills (pasta making, boning chicken/fish, prep & service) Fine dining experience (minimum 2 years preferred) Team player we all muck in to clean down after service Professional, mature approach ideal for someone looking for a more balanced schedule while still working at a high standard Why Join ?
