The successful Sous Chef will ideally have; Sound kitchen experience from a fine dining setting. Fine Dining Experience. Clear passion for the industry and food. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail. Real ambition to succeed at the highest level. Dedicated and excellent team player and able to step up in the Head Chef's absense. Previous experience at Sous Chef level from a restaurant/Hotel background.
