Job Role: Sous Chef in Fine dining Kitchen Location: City Sector: Contract Catering Salary: £41,000 - £42,000 Paid Overtime after 40 hours Benefits - £41,000 - £42,000 starting salary Overtime pay Monday to Friday with evening overtime paid after 40 hours Great working environment Work with Company award winning chefs Progression Opportunity for passionate and creative chefs We are working with a leading Contract Catering company for this busy site based in the City, this will be working in the Fine Dining and Hospitality kitchen. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends required, some evenings will be required and these are paid at overtime rates so every extra hour is paid. If you are working in a restaurant kitchen at Michelin Level or Rosette Level and want the freedom of every weekend off and most evenings as well then this could be the role for you. Cooking at Michelin Level without the Michelin Hours Working in a team of supportive chefs and under a Head Chef and Exec Chef you will prepare and deliver client breakfast, A la Carte Lunch / Dinner service as well as buffets and canapes and working lunches. You will need experience in fine dining kitchens and cooking at a high end level You will be catering for different functions at the same time so good organisational skills are required, this is a small to medium size site with lunches up to 25/30 and canapes and buffets up to around 50 If you are an enthusiastic Sous Chef with Fine Dining Experience then Please send me your CV if this sounds like you and you want to know more This role is available immediately so don't delay in sending over your application.
