The Role: As a Pub Management Partners with Sheldon Inns, you'll be the heart and soul of the operation Whether you're leading the team front-of-house or managing the kitchen behind the scenes, you'll be responsible for making sure our customers have an exceptional experience every time they walk through the door. This is a unique self-employed opportunity where youll have the freedom to make your mark and run your own show. What Youll Be Doing: Leading by Example: Manage and inspire the FOH and BOH teams to deliver excellent service, great food, and a welcoming vibe. Creating Memories: Deliver memorable experiences to our customers that keep them coming back for more. Running the Show: Take charge of the day-to-day operations from inventory and stock control to maintaining the highest health and safety standards. Managing the Flow: Handle everything from customer queries to maintaining pub atmosphere, making sure everything runs smoothly. Keeping Things Fresh: Maintain quality and consistency across all aspects of the pub whether it's food, drink, or overall experience. Who You Are: You have solid experience in both FOH and BOH operations (management or hands-on experience). Youre a natural leader , able to motivate and manage teams with enthusiasm. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love a good challenge. Youve got a passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service to customers.
