The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast paced environment, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company. Live In Rosette experience preferable Share of tronc Local Ingredients £35k The successful Sous Chef responsibilities; Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes. Leading, motivating managing and training the kitchen team. Assisting the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus, assisting with all aspects of kitchen management. Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene and safety.
