Sous Chef

Denbies Wine Estate, one of England largest vineyards is currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for our Restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing location and with a very motivated and passionate team. You will be expected to produce high-quality fresh food. You will be creative, innovative and responsible for your own section and keep all standards throughout the kitchen high. To serve and prepare food that should be served promptly and presented professionally. Work alongside the Executive Head Chef in developing new menus. Previous Sous Chef experience is required in Banqueting & Restaurants. This is a Full-Time position working five days out of seven, including weekends, and occasional evenings on a 40-hour contract per week.
