The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mixology, a love for crafting exceptional cocktails, and a commitment to providing top-notch service that enhances our unique Italian-Japanese fusion dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of classic and creative cocktails, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative drink pairings that complement our Italian-Japanese menu. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in ordering to ensure freshness and reduce waste. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and exceptional service to create a memorable dining experience. Contribute to menu brainstorming sessions with creative beverage concepts and seasonal cocktail offerings. Train and mentor junior bar staff on mixology techniques and customer service excellence.
