Job Title: Admin/Receptionist Location: Office-based, Lisburn BT28 Salary: £12.21 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Start Date: Start of June We are currently seeking a professional and proactive Admin/Receptionist to join our busy office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a friendly and efficient manner, who enjoys a varied administrative role and excels in providing exceptional front-of-house service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, as well as supporting wider office operations including admin and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming calls and manage the front desk area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members as required. Maintain office records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Desirable: Experience with Xero or similar accounting software. Previous experience working in a front-of-house or customer-facing role.
