Business Systems Analyst - (M/F/D)

Position Details : The Business Systems Analyst specializing in Impact Analysis is responsible for assessing and analyzing client boundaries, identifying potential impacts of proposed changes, and providing functional requirements and recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Key Job Responsibilities : Willing and able to work on European business hours – between 8am – 6pm CET Experienced BSA, P3 (minimal 3 years of professional experience) Strong communication skills, able to translate technological aspects into common business language Preference to have experience with: ‘build’ initiatives such as greenfield or brownfield and Multi-domain expertise, applications, infrastructure, and hosting Preference to have the ability to travel to Europe, UK and Morocco (due to Cooler build and Nursery initiatives) Expected to perform the BSA role during all phases of the projects, from Discovery, Estimation & Planning, UAT, Cut-over and Hyper Care Expected to perform the BSA role for a series of projects in parallel, several smaller, however strategically aligned initiatives in parallel. DAX, Tableau, Cloud Migration would be essential. Responsibilities: Perform impact analysis, translate into build requirements, document functional specification, review with key stakeholders, assist development team in clarifying requirements, lead UAT including helping business document the Test plan strategy and scenarios. Ensure consistent process and provide clarifications during business requirements and specifications development phases Leverage security team for the oversight, assistance, and guidance to development of the application security architecture supporting the applications, as necessary. It should be comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources.
