The Role: The successful candidate will have a strong background in mixology, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the Bar Manager to develop innovative beverage concepts and ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Bar Manager to design and implement new beverage menus. Prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair, ensuring exceptional presentation and quality. Anticipate and meet guest needs, providing personalized service and attention to detail. Supervise and support bar staff, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization. Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting. In-depth knowledge of bartending techniques and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
