Recruiting and Employer Branding Coordinator Business units HR e Gestione del Personale Locations: Italia/Milano The Palace Company Europe is looking for a Recruiting and Employer Branding Coordinator to join our HR Team. The person will report to the Line Manager and will take care, for the Corporate and the Hotels & Resorts of The Palace Company Europe: Liaising with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences. Defining job descriptions in coordination with the hiring managers. Taking a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements by attracting, sourcing, and screening applicants using innovative techniques and defining a successful employer branding strategy. Conducting telephone and personal interviews, using competency-based techniques and appropriate assessments. Making offers to successful applicants, negotiating when necessary, and regretting unsuccessful applicants. Developing recruitment strategies to achieve the required staffing levels and building recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs, and open days. Designing, planning, and launching new staffing or HR projects in collaboration with other HR areas to reach corporate objectives. Requirements: 3/4 years of experience. Fluent English; Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus. Excellent organizational skills and precision. Creative and enthusiastic personality, willing to work in a multicultural environment. Proactive attitude, focusing on continuous improvement and innovative solutions. Flexibility and willingness to face continuous challenges and engage in continuous learning. Excellent communication and cooperation skills; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
