Salary package: from £47,000 up to £48,410 plus 10% Bonus // Hotel discounts // Health cash back plan // Meals on duty // Pension scheme // Loyalty rewards and referral bonuses // many more Chief Engineer MISSION: Responsible for the maintenance of company assets, compliance with technical and legal obligations, the maintenance and energy budgets, the Risks AIP and SAVE for the hotels intheir OC. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Identify and analyze engineering needs and opportunities, providing feedback to OC and Engineering Partner. Ensure compliance with technical and legal obligations, HACCP, occupational risk prevention, customer safety, and environmental standards. Act as a Preventative Resource with HM and OC Director for risk-related activities, ensuring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and coordinating with external companies. Resolve technical and legal incidents. Coordinate teams in OC and Business Units, guiding Preventative Maintenance Plan activities. Manage small investment projects in Risks AIP and SAVE, supervising external suppliers if needed. Participate in team recruitment Track staff presence, resolve incidents, plan work shifts, control absences, and promote holiday use.
