Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Assist the Head Chef in creating seasonal menus that delight our guests. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards in line with health regulations. Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Train and develop junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
