Job responsibilities Preparing food to a high level within the Central Production Kitchen based in Edinburgh. Delivery of food at our events premised throughout Scotland Reporting into Executive head chef What we are looking for Excellent verbal communication skills Being friendly yet professional Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism Good attention to detail and punctuality Being proactive is key Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting The Ideal Candidate Be organised and adaptable with the ability to support all aspects within a catering setting Be motivated and excellent at working as part of a team with the ability to multitask and work to specific time frames agreed Be able to follow recipes and specifications to ensure quality as standard Experience working as a Chef De Partie About The Company Heritage Portfolio is the sub-segment of Sodexo Live that produces outstanding catering and event services for our cultural destinations.
