It will also suit an assistant restaurant manager looking to step up. Alongside having an understanding of financial & commercial controls. It is a busy operation so you will also need some volume experience and exerience of supervising a team. Role - Deputy Restaurant Manager As the Deputy Restaurant Manager you will: Manage all day to day operations alongside the manager, head chef and senior team Help to control labour, stock and wastage Train and develop the team Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures Deliver exceptional customer service Work to company targets and KPIs' Drive sales through upselling promotions and excellent customer service Attributes - Deputy Restaurant Manager Experience as a deputy/assistant restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop manager in busy commercial customer facing operations An understanding of labour and cost controls Excellent people, organisation, customer service and supervisory skills A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results A positive and outgoing personality and outlook IT literate - working with systems & process Apply today Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
