Catering Manager – £42k - London We are working on a great Catering Manager role with a bespoke and growing Contract Caterer. This is a key contract within the portfolio that requires an energetic and personable manager. About the position: The contract is a busy B&I style offering with coffee bars, hospitality and a main restaurant. The role requires a manager who can oversee a team of 40 whilst understanding a multifaceted operation. The role would require some flexibility around weekends around hospitality and events. Ideal Catering Manager: A strong operational understanding within a lead catering position within B&I. You will be calm under pressure, have great attention to detail and solutions focused. Team and customer focused in your approach, a real people manager. An analytical approach, a head for numbers and an understanding of delivering and surpassing client expectations.
