About Inspire Brands: Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of developing and deploying state-of-the-art solutions to ensure machine learning models placed into production are reliable and efficient, including for real-time and streaming applications Work independently and proactively to identify and solve problems related to machine learning solutions and output Increase portfolio of work by providing automation capabilities within machine learning workflows and sharing best practices with the machine learning team Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to develop novel solutions to data and infrastructure problems Become subject matter expert for ensuring reproducibility of models by supporting versioning of data and code REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Proficiency in Pyspark, and exposure with Big Data Analytics ecosystem (e.g., Cloudera, Databricks etc) 6-8 years of industry experience with minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience working with production machine learning pipelines PREFERRED: 3-4 years relevant experience working with production machine learning pipelines Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field Cloud engineering experience preferably with Azure but not limited to cloud service like Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake etc SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Extensive professional experience with cloud platforms and tools for model deployment and maintenance (Ex: Azure, AWS, GCP or containerize deployment platforms like OpenShift, VMware PCF etc). Extensive professional experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing. Strong background with version control systems such as Git Strong background with containerization technology (ex: Docker, Kubernetes) Strong background working with relational database systems and SQL
