SAP-Process Architect Procurement (m/f/d) In this role, you'll take the lead in managing requirements and designing as well as implementing processes for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process. You'll be working closely with key stakeholders across the organization, collaborating to improve our process landscape and create tailored product requirements. With your expertise and passion for procurement and processes, you'll be part of a dedicated team that's focused on taking this area to the next level. Your Responsibilities: Diving into requirements analyses, you will craft detailed, actionable requirements to help us move forward. Reviewing and creating requirement specs or user stories will be your daily business, while also spotting opportunities for improvement. Taking charge of system administration, you will ensure SAP Ariba runs smoothly. Customizing and configuring SAP Ariba, you will make sure it perfectly meets our business needs. You will adapt and keep an eye on interfaces, including CIG, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Running system tests, providing 2nd level support, and managing external procurement and IT consultants will be part of your responsibilities. Assessing risks, you will ensure the success of our projects and systems at every stage. Your Qualification: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a solid track record in driving successful digital transformation projects. You are an ERP professional, with advanced skills in SAP Ariba (this is a must). You love digging into data and tackling complex problems, and project management is right up your alley. You are a great communicator, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders. You don't wait for things to happen - you take the initiative and always focus on finding the best solutions. You are a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail, never missing the small things that make a big difference. You are fluent in both English and German, with fantastic written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
