It is a very busy operation so you will also need some volume experience. Role - Restaurant Manager As the Restaurant Manager you will: Manage all day to day operations in a hands-on capacity Recruit, train, develop and motivate the team Oversee the kitchen Ensure the delivery of consistently excellent customer service Write rotas in line with sales and the labour budget Control all costs, budgets,stock and wastage Maintain company systems and procedures and legislation and compliance Attributes - Restaurant Manager Experience as a restaurant/cafe/food led pub/coffee shop manager in busy commercial customer facing operations Friendly, with excellent people, communication and people management skills A hands-on lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail An intyrinsic understanding of food safety legislation & compliance The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results Financially astute - controlling costs, budgets and labour A positive and outgoing personality and outlook IT literate - working with systems & process Apply today Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
