On behalf of our client based outside Randalstown we are recruiting for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Due to company expansion this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the drive & ability to work for a vibrate & busy organisation. Our client is a professional sales, marketing and fulfilment company that focuses its efforts entirely in two main ways; being fully focused on the principle brands that it represents and; continually striving to achieve the highest quality of service for its customers. The role will be 3 days per week Mon, Wed & Frid 9am-5pm (21.75hpw), however this could extend to a full time hours. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE; Answering incoming calls from customers & deal with in a friendly & profession manner Processing orders Invoicing of sales lodgements Data input Upkeep of company regulation information Essential Criteria: Previous experience of processing orders, invoicing Previous customer service skills Have the ability to multi-task Excellent team player Experienced in using Outlook, Excel Skills: Administrator Invoicing Clerical Customer Service Sales
