Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members provide excellent service and adhere to the company's standards. Assist with training and developing staff to improve skills and performance. Oversee customer interactions, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain stock levels, handle inventory management, and ensure that all health and safety standards are met. Ensure the venue is kept clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Assist with financial and operational reporting, including sales, costs, and performance metrics. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality or food industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both staff and customers. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve customer concerns effectively. Knowledge of health and safety standards and food hygiene practices. A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving operational excellence.
