Perks and Benefits from Hospitality Rewards Bars Managers Duties: Managing and motivating the team, whilst also liaising with other heads of department to ensure constant excellence throughout Menu creation and an innovative flair for creative excellence, including staying ahead of industry trends Stock taking and ordering Rota planning and scheduling, ensuring that deadlines are met, and overseeing the daily shifts with a hands-on approach, including assigning opening and closing duties and leading by example Ensuring that all guests consistently receive prompt, professional attention, and outstanding personal service Working with the senior management team in the training and development of new staff Why Choose Crazy Bear?
