You will be supporting the General Manager in the further development of this successful hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on operational standards; recognise the importance of constantly striving to improve guest care; the need to maintain a profitable business whilst developing a well-motivated team of staff. This position may suit a candidate who presently is an Assistant General Manager or currently an Operations Manager, looking to take the next step on the hotel management ladder. You will believe in service, have an eye for detail and prefer to work in a team environment. The ideal Deputy General Manager will have the following skills: Manager/Operations Manager/Deputy General Manager/Restaurant Manager. Ideally, you will have had experience at 1AARosette level for a minimum of two years. Strong leadership and man management skills. Proven success at building teams and developing a team.
