About the Role: As the Banqueting Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our banqueting operations, including weddings, conferences, gala dinners, and VIP events. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Events team, you will ensure impeccable food quality, seamless service, and innovative menu creation that exceeds guest expectations.
