Job Description: We are seeking experienced and talented Head Chefs for temporary and adhoc assignments. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff. Manage kitchen budgets and control costs. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in hotels, restaurants, or leisure centres. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
