Hotel Sales Manager

Sales Manager required for a well-known established hotel business based in a highly desirable part of Hampshire Our client is looking for a sales professional to oversee the sales function of this 80-bedroom 4-star hotel. The hotel benefits from excellent meeting and events facilities, an upscale restaurant and a great city centre location. Working closely with the general manager and group director of sales, the role will focus on developing new business in all areas of the hotel and identifying strategies to secure profitable revenue streams, targeting in particular corporate and events business. Following up on leads, conducting research of local business and promoting the hotel as key destination for accommodation and events is a key aspect to the accountabilities for this position. Our client requires a manager who has gained some good experience of hotel sales, although, you do not need to be an established sales manager to be considered for this role.
