Chef de Partie

My client, A family-friendly pub in Hampshire, require a Chef de Partie to join their team. My client is everything you would expect from a traditional country pub: cosy interiors, open fire, well-kept ales, local gins, a good selection of wine and a warm welcome from the team. You can choose to dine in the restaurant , the dog-friendly bar area, or outside in their large beer garden. They are all about creating food that is full of flavour without the fuss. Hearty pub classics and daily specials that can be enjoyed in a relaxed environment with the whole family. They champion local producers and are committed to sourcing quality , seasonal produce whenever possible. Due to a busy start to the year and expected growth in 2025 (with the addition of a Pizza Kitchen) they are looking for a CDP to join their team. Ideal Chef de Partie Candidate: Proven experience as a CDP working with fresh produce. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
