Commis Chef - Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC Full time contract Gross annual salary - £25,578 We have a fantastic position for a Commis Chef in our new restaurant Hop Scotch at the brand new Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC. Responsibilities As a Commis Chef youre on the first rung of the ladder to becoming a great chef. You will do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a Chef de Partie, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery. This is your big chance to learn all there is to know about your trade.
