Job Summary: • Local support technician • Within a large specialized international group, you will join a team of technicians in charge of user support and local interventions. • You do the management of incidents or requests within an IT Lounge for on-site interventions and assistance. Responsibilities: • Welcome users within the IT Lounge: identification of needs, advice, resolution of requests • Resolve incidents and user service requests • Complete service requests and set up equipment • Process, track and close tickets on the Service Now ticketing tool • Assist users on the use of equipment, meeting rooms and others • Master and enroll PCs and smartphones, Mac knowledge is a plus • Hands & eyes on printers, wifi and network systems, knowledges there are a plus • Equipment inventory • Writing and updating procedures, proposing improvements • Possible remote support for onboarding other technicians • The technical environment: Service Now ticketing tool, Windows 10, Office 365 environment. • dutch and english required, team spirit, priority management • 100% on-site work Benefits A supportive, diverse, and global team with a brilliant culture.
