Salesforce Platform Manager

As a Salesforce Application Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce-based systems for the Service department. Your expertise in Service Cloud will be essential in ensuring seamless workflows, automations, and customer service operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud, optimizing functionalities and automations Provide technical support and guidance to end users Maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure process transparency Engage daily with international stakeholders and key users, requiring strong communication skills What You Bring Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Strong understanding of workflows, automations, and customer service processes.
