Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities include: Managing all front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional guest service Leading, training, and motivating the service team Coordinating closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Maintaining the ambiance and appearance of the restaurant to luxury standards Requirements: 35 years experience in a similar role within a high-end or fine dining establishment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage and develop a team Excellent understanding of wine and food pairings Knowledge of POS and restaurant management systems Professional appearance and a calm, confident presence under pressure
