Job Description Job Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PT Accounting Clerk in Long Beach, California. The chosen candidate will be joining our team in the industry, where they will utilize their skills in Account Reconciliation, Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and QuickBooks to perform a variety of tasks. Responsibilities: • Handle data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of information inputted into systems. • Process invoices in a timely and efficient manner. • Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and maintain proficiency in its usage. • Take charge of account reconciliation tasks to ensure financial accuracy. • Manage billing processes and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Experience with Billing processes is essential. • Must possess strong Data Entry skills. • Familiarity with Invoice Processing is necessary. • Knowledge of QuickBooks software is a must.
