Key Requirements: Previous experience in Michelin-starred or fine-dining establishments. A passion for exceptional cocktails and sustainable mixology . Strong knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and classic cocktail recipes. Outstanding service skills with the ability to engage with a discerning clientele.
