Mechanical Fitter

Elevation Recruitment Group are working alongside a Rotherham-based leading provider of Engineered Products, Solutions and Services who is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join their team. Salary: £36,000- £38,000 Hours: 8-4 pm Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week overtime Benefits: Pool van on site fuel card Pension – 5%/3% Hotel and food allowance Company Phone Employee assistance programme Training provided This Mechanical Fitter role is a 50% field-based role covering sites in the UK/ Northern Ireland. The other 50% will be spent on site in Rotherham. The role would suit someone who has the willingness to learn and undergo training and has the ability to work on their own and also be part of a group. Day to Day: 50/50 Site/ field based Installation, fitting of piping and mechanical systems Working in the aviation industry Requirements: NVQ in Mechanical Engineering but open to time-served engineers Experience with Mechanical fitting, pipe fitting, valve installation Comfortable working in confined spaces Due to the nature of this role a driving license is a must.
