We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our F&B operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities ? Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant and bars ? Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and maximise revenue. ? Lead and train a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. ? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. ? Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships. Requirements ?? Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a high-end restaurant, hotel or hospitality setting. ?? Strong leadership and team management skills. ?? Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. ?? In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends. ??
