An escape from the everyday. As a Senior Sous Chef you will oversee the kitchen with the Head chef & work within a busy branded environment. Key responsibilities include the following Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec Managing and training any chef de parties or commis working with you Helping the head chef to develop specials Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins We are focused on developing our teams and this role could be the first step to becoming a head chef with us.
