Location: Yate, Bristol, BS37 5NG Salary: £34,000 to £39,520 per annum with OTE £45,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Job Type: Full – Time, Permanent Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday – Friday About Us: WH Bence is a family owned and run Company based in Yate, Bristol which has been in business for over 40 years. Highly regarded UK specialist coachbuilder with contracts including the manufacture and conversion of vehicles for the emergency services, command & control vehicles, hospitality trailers and mobile medical units (Breast Screening, MRI, CT, Heart Cath Lab, Chemotherapy, Retinal Clinics). Mobile AC Electrician – The Role: As a result of continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile AC Electrician to join our expanding team. While the role is primarily based at our Bristol yard, you’ll also support our mobile fleet across the UK, performing preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. This is a hands-on and varied position working on unique, specialist vehicles such as trailer-based medical units and emergency service command units. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has an eye for detail, and enjoys solving technical challenges. Mobile AC Electrician – Key Responsibilities: - Complete AC installs and servicing - Field breakdowns over the phone and assist service engineers with phone support - Maintain and order all necessary filters and parts for stock and ongoing repairs - Ensure job cards are requested from third party visits and uploaded onto company software - Carry out repairs and maintenance on A/C equipment - Attend routine maintenance visits - Work with Third party suppliers to develop and improve existing new chiller systems - Monitor chiller emails & reply accordingly working with Bence service support Mobile AC Electrician – You: Essential: - 18th Edition electrical qualification - Must have mechanical and electrical knowledge - Previous experience in servicing and installing A/C units is essential - Previous experience of making up and installing wiring looms and cable systems, installation of varied systems via diagrams and instructions and fault finding and diagnosis -Must hold a full UK Driving License as this position involves travel - Be able to use your own initiative to conduct fault finding Mobile AC Electrician – Benefits: - Paid overtime available - Pension contributions - Company van To submit your application for this exciting Mobile AC Electrician opportunity, please click ‘Apply’ now
