This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary chef who is eager to make their mark at one of the most prestigious dining establishments on the South Coast. Your Role: Take charge of a highly skilled team of chefs in an upscale, world-class kitchen. Design and curate a distinctive, seasonal seafood menu using the finest ingredients and freshest local produce. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards. Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience to a sophisticated clientele. Manage kitchen costs, budgets, and inventory while upholding the highest standards of quality in every dish. Foster a creative, positive, and team-oriented kitchen atmosphere that promotes growth and excellence. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining kitchen, ideally with experience managing high-volume service (400 covers). A relentless passion for culinary excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering outstanding dining experiences. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a talented team. Expertise in contemporary cooking techniques and food trends, with a flair for creating visually striking dishes.
