Requirements: Energy and determination, desire to commitment towards a project, love for the city of Florence, attitude to smile, perseverance, and sense of elegance. · Previous experience in the same role in luxury hotels · Excellent communications skills and strong customer-orientation · Problem Solving · Good organizational skills and team-working coordination · Attention to details and strong aesthetic sense · Fluent knowledge of Italian and English language · Knowledge of PMS Opera program Other skills: professionalism, planning and organization of work, human resources management and administration.
