Known for its innovative take on Modern British cuisine, this award-winning kitchen is now looking for a passionate Sous Chef to help lead the team as they strive for a second Rosette. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef £38,000 per annum plus circa £5,000 service charge 50 hours per week, working Wednesday to Sunday Play a key role in the restaurants next chapter as they aim for 2 Rosettes Opportunity to cook for bespoke events, private dining, and weddings Responsibilities as the Sous Chef Leading by example on the pass and across all sections Supporting and mentoring junior team members Upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency Contributing your creativity to an ever-evolving menu This is a fast-paced but rewarding kitchen, averaging 600 covers weekly alongside regular event catering.
