What Youll Be Doing: Running daily front-of-house operations with confidence and attention to detail Leading, training, and motivating a brand-new team Managing rotas, stock control, bookings, and floorplans Ensuring excellent communication between FOH and kitchen Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests want to return to Upholding high standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation Working closely with senior management to shape the venues service culture What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar senior hospitality role Strong leadership and team-building skills A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to lead by example Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable service Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings Why Join?
