Roles and Responsibilities: Business development networking, Sales and Marketing, offer development. PL accountability. Forecasting & budgetary responsibilities. Working with management and their teams to drive sales and contribution. HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and development of staff. Auditing standards across every aspect of Ops from Stocks to delivery of front of house offer. Daily and weekly reconciliation of sales/ end of week/ payroll. Achieving all KPI targets for your businesses through effective controls and management. Skills/Experience: Have experience managing high volume venues. Possess a passion and knowledge for Health & Safety. Have experience developing successful Sales & Marketing strategies. Be commercially astute and driven by results across all metrics. Be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of the operation. Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career. Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
