Head Chef Indian Restaurant

We are recruiting for a talented and ambitious Head Chef for a new opening in Leeds. You will be working with a well known top Indian chef to deliver quality, seasonal food to a busy restaurant. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing a medium sized brigade, under the guidance of an Executive Chef. You should have experience working at reputable Indian restaurants to at least Sous / Senior Sous level. Contracted to 40 hours a week.
