Key responsibilities of a Chef de Rang / Waiter: Ensuring prompt and professional guest service. Assisting with Room Service/Conference and Banqueting where required. Setting up and clearing down tables. Taking orders and serving guests. Maintaining restaurant equipment. Supporting colleagues to ensure all guests have a memorable dining experience. What are we looking for? Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is highly desirable. A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to work well with colleagues across various departments to ensure smooth operations. A keen eye for ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service at all times. Ability to take orders, interact with guests, and effectively communicate with kitchen and bar teams.
