Chef de Partie £13.50ph Permanent position part-time and zero hour contracts available Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is now recruiting a Chef de Partie to work with our team About the role The Chef de Partie post provides support to the smooth running of services and a high standard of production by managing their section The main responsibilities of the role are to produce and present the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions and processes defined by the hotel. Ensure the dishes are well presented, of a high standard and at the right temperature. Deliver dishes in good time to suit guests wishes. Be actively involved in meeting the departments targets. Lead the team under their responsibility and creates a good working atmosphere.
